JTRJJ Crystallizing Tank
Crystallizing Tank be designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with the pressure vessel standard (GB150-2011) and the steel welded atmospheric pressure vessel standard (NB/T 47003.1-2009) , strictly meet to GMP certificate requirements.
The crystallizing tank is a crystallizing device in which the chilled water cools sharply in the jacket. The key are the size of the jacket, the structure of agitator and the form of outlet. High precision polishing and no dead corner meet the technical requirements.
Jhenten reactor using vertical circular tanks, jacket can be made into a dimple jacket, coil jacket or the whole jacket, can heating or cooling, made of 316L or 304 stainless steel ,inside surface electrolytic mirror polishing or mechanical polishing. The outer surface adopts 304,all welded surface mirror or inferior smooth processing; Tanks welds adopt flange process arc transition, smooth and easy to clean no dead corner, beautiful appearance.
Tank Optional Configuration
Crystallizing Tank can configure 0.2μm hydrophobic sterile air filter, thermometer (Digital display or Dial type), 2 sight glasses, steam sterilization hole, sanitary manhole, liquid in-outlet, CIP rotating cleaning ball, liquidometer and Liquid level control system(Bearing module, non-contact ultrasonic, static pressure transmitting device) and so on, also can configure as customers’ requirement.
Feature
Volume: 600L~20000L and multiple specifications, also we can design and manufacture according to customers’ requirement.
•Crystallization can choose curved blade paddle, can increase heat exchange area, increase in thermal efficiency, and enhance the crystallization capacity. The material discharging is convenient.
•Crystallizing tank jacket can be bubbled into steam or cold media to process the material under optimum temperature, with high efficiency and convenient operation.
• Crystallizing tank is installed with 0.2 um hydrophobic ventilation filter, also tank can withstand the high temperature steam sterilization disinfection, equipped with health pressure gauge.
•The sealing of agitating shaft adopts sanitary mechanical
seal. The mixing motor can use Cycloidal reducer, gearmotor reducer. These items can be selected according to customers’ requirement. (Frequency control is widely used).
Application
Applied for such as pharmaceutical, dairy products, food, chemical, beverage and other industrial materials, mixing temperature and freezing, product crystallization, and so on.
