Water storage tank Description
1.It is mainly used as storage container,transfer tank for puried water,juice,milk,dairy,drinks etc.
2.The tank leggs can be choice between brake wheels easy remove or adjustable supports for well fixed.
3.The shape can be any round heads or conical style.
4.Both inside and outside stainless surface are polished for easy cleaning,and produce a cover to avoid material splashing during processing and avoid volatilization of the solvent liquids;
5.The design of dished end and round bottom to avoid any dead corner during your process.
Material made of SUS304,316L,or others according to your requirements.
Water storage tank Structure
1.Consisting of inner tank body and outer covering layer, among which is heat preservation material.
2.material of tank is good quality stainless steel.

1.Quick open type manhole
2.Numeral indication type thermometer
3 .T type cleaning head
4. lever discharge valve
5.Adjustable conic supporting feet
Jhenten Quality Control for stainless steel tank :
1.The raw materaial plate was anlysised by our material anlysier to assure the quality
2.The welding is argon arc weld(TIG) to avoid plate's oxidized
3.After welding the the inner tank ,we will make a full water pressure test to check the welding joint .After welding the jacket ,the full water pressure test be done for jacket too
4.After finishing the surface finish ,our people will make a surface roughness testing to assure the Ra data .
5.After agitator installment ,we will operate it to assure the function is good .
6.The nozzle's position 's confirm also is checked by our quality control people .
