Filter housing Introducton
Sanitary Filter housings available in3,6,8,12 and 21 round models with swing bolt closures are a proven design suited for high purity beverage.Inside of shell was mirror polished with no roughness and sanitary dead corner. Gauge ports and drain ports are pre-tapped making gauges and valves easy to install.
The Filtration High Flow, sanitary filter housing has the unique design of assuring the elements are seated in the mount receptacles before the closure can be tightened. This prevents improper reseating of cartridges prior to being placed into service and also keeps possible system back pressure from dislodging the elements from their respective seals. cartridge filter can be equipped with back wash valves and pipe for auto cleaning and back wash.
Filter housing is according to customer's flowrate to design housing dimension and choose the element number.sanitary Filter are standard with 222/226 style cartridge adaptors giving you a positive locking tab seal. This allows flexibility in one housing to use different cartridge lengths and maximize filter performance and cost.
