Jacketed Steam Kettle strictly follow the Article 31, 32 of GMP general rules “Good Manufacturing Practice” (Revised in 2010), to design, produce and inspect according to the requirement of “Pressure Vessel”(GB150-2011) and “Steel welded atmospheric pressure vessels”(NB/T 47003.1—2009).

   Jacketed Steam Kettle consists of kettle body, brace, etc. The structure of Kettle body is double consists of inside and outside spherical kettle body.  The kettle bottom can equip outlet,  materiel can be directly discharging after Finished cooking. Transition section in kettle using circular arc transition, without dead corner, easy to clean. Kettle body mirror polished to meet the requirements of sanitary standard.

Jacketed Steam Kettle can adopt fixed structure or tilting structure, at the same time can equip the mixing device and emulsification device according to customer requirements.
