The economic construction in the horizontal execution with a laser welded, efficient exchanger, ensures a fast and problem-free cooling and a surface-saving installation. Thanks to the free evaporation and a good agitation of the milk there is an optimal heat exchange, a high cooling performance is guaranteed and freezing is prevented, even with small amounts of milk.
