this kind of sterilizer autoclave equipped with sprayers on the top of the sterilizer or at both left and right side of the sterilizer.
when you access steam to this sterilization equipment, steam will be send out through the sprayers beside the sterilization baskets.
2. water immersion sterilizer / water immersion autoclave / water immersion retort autoclave.
this kind of autoclave will allowed sterilization baskets immersed in hot water. this water immersion retort usually comes with two tanks, one fixed on the top of another. and the top tank is for hot water, and the lower tank is the sterilization equipment.
3. agitation autoclave / water circulation sterilizer / water rotation retort sterilizer
this kind of autoclave suitable for big cpacit glass jars, glass bottles and tin cans. when sterilization, food in glass jar, glass bottle or tin can will moveed roung and roung together with the sterilization basket. the rotation type sterilization autoclave do not have too faster rotation speed, usually the speed is about 3 to 8 or 12 rpm. a rotator was fixed in the sterilization autoclave.
Autoclave sterilizer can be heated by steam, hot water as well as electric.
as to which kind of heating is better for autoclave, it is up to you. you can use steam heating autoclave, electric heating sterilizer or hot water heating type sterilizer retort.
in fact, hot water heating type sterilizer and electric heating type sterlizer is the same. they both use electric as heating method.
