WFI aseptic storage tank
Aseptic tanks are widely applied in the beverage,Medicine,WFI,pharmaceutical and process industries used as WFI tank,steril tank,buffer tank, storage tank etc,which cleanable to sanitary standards .
Design according to GMPs and FDA.
The storage tanks made of the high-quality stainless steel304 or 316L with mirror polish treatment inside the tank. For the convenience of cleaning, all of the joints adopt graded seal so as not to leave dead angles.
The jacket, either coiled pipes or honeycomb interlayer can be used. According to the needs of the users.
The accessories such as CIP cleaning hole, aseptic air hole, manhole, thermometer, sampling hole etc.
Can be equipped according to the requirement. It is an ideal storage tank for medicines and cosmetics.
It can avoid the second pollution in the course of preservation and transportation and has the features of
sanitation, pressure proof, antisepsis, agile operation, vacuum intake, positive pressure discharge and easy
cleaning.
Also it can used as blender tank, whether it need the agitator mixer,according to customer.
