Reaction Vessel
1. Intro
a. Reaction Vessel is widely used in industries such as petroleum, cheemical industry, paint & printing ink, pharmacy, food etc..
b. It is used as pressure container for vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation,alkylation, polymerization, consendation processing such as reaction kettle, polymerization kettle, reator, decomposition vessels etc..
c. It normally adopts carbon manganese steel, stainless steel, zirconium,nickel alloy as well as other compound materials.
d. mainly manufacture reaction kettle made of stainless steel or carbon steel.
2. Main features
a. Dafeng reaction kettle can be classified into three kinds: Reaction Kettle with open flat cover, Reaction Kettle with open butt welded flange and closed Reaction Kettle. Each kind has its own wide application range and merits.
b. Reaction Kettle consists of components such as kettle body, kettle cover, jacket, agitator, driving device, shaft sealing device, support etc..
c. Various seals (packing seal, mechanical seal, magnetic seal) are available according to different requirements of mixing processing.
d. Regular agitators: anchor type, impeller type, turbine type, propeller type or frame type etc.. If the height and diameter of the kettle are comparatively big, then multi-layers propeller is advisable. Agitators can also be selected and designed according to production processing.
e. Heating method: electric heating, steam heating, hot water heating, heat transfer oil circulation heating, far-infrared heating etc..
Cooling method: jacket cooling, interior and exterior limpet coil cooling.
f. Support seat: ground type or platform lug type.
Pressure Rating: I pressure container IIlow pressure container, II mid pressure container, normal pressure container.
Volume: 0.01-20 m3
Materials: SS304,SS316L,SS321,Q235
The part contacting with materials can be SS304, SS316L SS321, Q235.
Seal: Mechanical Seal, Packing Seal, Hermetic Seal, Rubber Lip Seal, Magnetic Seal.
Heating: electric heating, steam heating, hot water heating, heat transfer oil circulation heating, far-infrared heating etc.
