Structure features of ice cream mixing tank

From the Inner tank, jacket, insulation layer, the outer foreskin, reducer, stirring paddle, thermometers and other components Inner tank:stainless steel plate 304 material, surface polishing.

Middle jacket: made of A3 steel or 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel, reinforcing ring spiral device, cold water from bottom to top (no pressure), to achieve the best upand cooling purposes.
