Mixing tank is mainly used for chemical reaction for mixing, blending and reaction purpose. It either be dished ends structure, or flat top structure. Optional for level gauges, temperature gauges and display device. With manhole, sight glass, inlet & outlet, and spare opennings. It is widely used in chemical, food, pharmaceuticals, resin polymerization, paint, ink, plant protection agents etc. Custom-made design for the tank shape, specification , accessory and fixing devices

Description
1.There are three styles: vertical single layer,double layers,and 3 layers structure.
2.The outside layer that keeps warm uses polyurethane foam or pearwool.
3.The pars that touch the medical liquid adopt the 316L material, the other parts 304 material
4.There are water entrance, circumfluence entrance.Sanitizing entrance,cleaning entrance and manhole for filling material, breathing entrance with an air breather, 0.22um, on the top. And on the bottom there are entrance for condensed water, entrance for distilled water, entrance for dirty water, entrance for measuring the liquid level, and entrance for measuring the temperature. The operation of Controlling ark and the meter is showing the temperature of distilled water, liquid level realize the auto-controlling of constant temperature and alarming when above the upper limit and below the lower limit.

1.High speed disperser. Might mixing and disperse viscously, solid and liquid etc. Various kind of raw material will be dissolve which is such as AES, AESA LSA, during liquid production which can save energy consumption and shorten production the and shorten production period.
2.Main adopts stepless timing device which reduce babble occur under low temperature and high viscosity condition less air bubble will be formed to produce liquid washing products.
3.Finished products can be discharged by Disc-valve or suitable to all liquid wash products.
