Product Description
Usage Overall Milk direct cooling tank is suitable for pasture and cooling storage of the just come out fresh milk or goat's
milk, also can use at the small milk collection station, dairy factory and the storage and cooling of the food, feed, medicines liquid materials factory
Structure
Integral cooling machine mainly consist of several major components of tanks, mixer, refrigeration unit, electric control
box, pump, the material vat etc. Tanks are all made of stainless steel, precision polishing, dirt not easily stored up,
corrosion resistant, easy to clean.
Advantages 1.The thermal insulation layer use small coefficient of thermal conductivity of rigid foam filling, light quality, heat preservation performance is reliable.
Straight wall large cooling area, by specifying automatic microcomputer control system, one pace reachs the designated position for observation operation,
cause the cold milk quickly dropped to the required temperature of 4 °C and renewal constant temperature, prevent bacteria growth and keep the original milk
in A grade A milk state!
2.Cooling compressor unit selects the high performance, energy-saving of Tecumseh European company or Corpland of the United States produced as the
totally enclosed compressors, equipped with reliable midpoint protector, not easy to damage the compressor.Insulation layer
adopts polyurethane foam new craft, insulation performance is good.Tank made of stainless steel SUS304, with automatic
cleaning device and mixing device.
Installation Refrigeration can of convenient installation, have been adjusted before leaving factory, cooling tank using just by turning
on the power supply.If the ground uneven can use the adjustable support bolts, helps to balance tanks.
