Introduction of products:
1. Product name: 100L fermenter
2. Volume: 50L to 27000L
3. Material: SUS304 or SUS316L, as per customer's requirement
4. Thickness: 2.00-4.00mm for inner tank, 1.5mm for dimple jacket, 1.5-2.00mm for outer shell,
as per customer's requirement
5. Construction: dish top, cylinder body and 60 degree cone bottom; single-layer or jacketed.
If jacketed, it has dimple jacket and PU insulation, insulation thickness 50mm.
6. Polishing treatment: inner tank mirror polished, outer shell can be either mirror polished or matt
polished.
7.Configure: CIP socket,sideway manhole,strong leg supports,temperature gauge/Pressure gauge and
sampling socket
Products function:
1.The inner fermenting tanks are adopted stainless steel SUS304,using polyurethane as insulating layer.
The cooling jacket adopts dimple jacket.The jacket are provided at tank body and conical bottom to effectively 2.increase the cooling speed.The outside scarfskin is according to the customers'requirement.You can choose stainless steel polishes,mirror polishing or satin polishing.
3.Adopted the international standards of fermentation technology.
4.All the joints and interior surface adopt mirror polishing to avoid dead corner.
5.Completely meet the GMP standard.
