Application
Usage:
1.It applied to emulsion detergent, shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, petroleum jelly, Vaseline, infusion,biology, fine chemical and fermentation industries.
2.as mix tank, liquid composing tank,and disinfection tank etc.
Technical parameters:
The mixing tank is designed, produced, checked and accepted according to GB150-98 Stainless Steel
Pressure Tank Standard.
Welding comply for JB4709-92 Stainless Steel Pressure Tank Welding Standard.
Each corner transit by arc shaped, welding is smooth.
Inner surface is polished as mirror ≤Ra0.4μm, outer surface is 2B crossed line board.
Pipe position takes reference as overlook drawing.
All the Material adopts on S.S.316L or S.S.304, meet GMP standard.
Capacity of storage tank and mixing tank: from 500L to 100000L(10T).
