 Homogenization is the mechanical process where raw materials are put under high pressure and broken down into smaller particles.This equipment can be used widely in production, research and technical development of food,pharmacy, fine 

chemical, biotechnology and other fields.

Specification

• 1. Agitation device: Homogenizer. Homogenizer can be in the tank, and mounted on the top of the tank.
• 2. Material: SUS 304 or SUS 316.
• 3. Single layer, or jacketed with heating and insulation.  Heating: electric heating, steam, hot water or gas heating optional.
• 4.Insulating layer: Warm-keeping layer of polyurethane foaming ensures temperature variation of the liquid product in the tank controlled at the minimum.
• 5. Dish or conical top&bottom.
• 6.Outer casing surface: Mirror polishing / 2B / mat ; Inner surface (bladder and tank): Mirror polishing (Roughness: Ra<0.4μm ).
• 7.Liquid level gauge: optional. Thermometer: optional. 
• 8. CIP cleaning: T-shaped 360° rotational CIP cleaning ball.
• 9. Man-hole equipped.
• 10. Top type: Elliptical seal or semi open head
