Description:

1.There are three styles: vertical single layer,double layers,and 3 layers structure.

2.The polishing precision of inside wall is Ra0.45;The inside of Jacket3mm are heated By Electric or Steam or cooled by cooled water.

3.The outside layer 2mm that keeps warm uses PU(polyurethane foam) or Pearwool.

4.The parts that touch the medical liquid/Material adopt the SS316L material, the other parts SS304 which meets international standard.

5.There are other accessories as a water inlet,circumfluence entrance,Sanitizing and cleaning entrance and manhole for filling material, air vent, 0.22um, on the top.

And on the bottom there are condensated outlet/Oil out,temperature probe/Thermometer,pressure gauge,

if like,provide an entrance for measuring liquid level(ordinary or digital type)

6.The operation of Controlling system and the meter is showing the temperature of distilled water,

liquid level realize the auto-controlling of constant temperature and alarming when above the upper limit and below the lower limit.    

Usage :

The product is mainly applied in such industries as daily chemical care products like shower gel,shampoo,dish washing detergent,facial cleanser,toothpaste,liquid detergent etc,

also in biopharmaceutical industry,food industry,paint and ink.

 The emulsifying effect is more prominent for material of high viscosity and high solid content&material.

2. Beverage: beer, mash, yeast, aerated water, concentrated fruit solution and fruit juice drinks
3. Food: ketchup, fruit paste, vegetable pulp, pudding, jam, jelly, seasonings, fruit filling, sweetener, yeast paste, salad seasonings, cakes, meat pulp, minced meat, veil fat and edible oil
4. Candy: syrup, thin cream filling and chocolate
5. Cosmetic: face cream, lotion, hair dye and essential oil
