Application:
BF series Auto Filling & Sealing Machine is a specialized filling ,sealing machine for various shaped cups(boxes/barrels). Can do cup dropping, filling, foil putting, twice sealing ,film cutting, printing date, discharging, transmitting automatically. It’s suitable for liquid, semi-liquid, jelly, juice, dairy products, fast food and etc. The whole machine is made of stainless steel, measure up to hygienic standard, electric and pneumatic components adopt famous brand, with reliable and stable quality.
Feature for Jelly Cup Filling and Sealing Machines:
Adopt PLC controlling system, touch screen panel.
Adopt qualified stainless steel, the material touched parts are all made of 316L stainless steel.
Adopt twice sealing, ensure the sealing results.
The sealing moulds are mode of aluminum alloy, can endure corrosivity of the common food material.
With whole function: Cup dropping, piston filling, photoelectric tracking, date printing, twice sealing, positioning
cutting,cup discharging.
