Glass Bottle Filling Machine
1. Filling mode:
a. Volume measure filling valve. It has the features of high efficiency filling and wide range of application scope. It adopts the newest removing bubble device and there is no over-flow. The filling precision can be controlled between 0.2%~0.4%. The machine uses transducer with speed adjustable to control, when bottle is blocked, the machine will stop running automatically and get restoration automatically. This way it can ensure the reliability and stability of filling.
b. Micro-compueter control quantificational filling(it is also called non-touch filling).
This filling method makes the on line filling volume adjustable and the filling precision can reach . There is no need to stop the machine, just adjust it by hand. The machine does not have bottle holder lifting and lowering device and does not need to open valve with running machine. Non-tourch filling has saved a lot of maintenance work and has reduced the equipment running cost.
