Classification of Plate Sterilizer
Automatic configuration:it adopts advanced computer procedure to control PLC technology, according to set process requirements, to control whole process of production, with CIP cleaning procedures to automatically clean.
Semi-automatic configuration: the whole process of operation is semi-automatically control. Operator can control the pumps, valves and back flow function on the control panel. By the temperature control PID to maintain the sterilization temperature. Sterilization temperature has a continuous record.
Usages of Plate Sterilizer
Apply to milk, fruit juice, alcohol and other liquid the heating and heat sterilization, heat preservation and cooling process requirements.
Main Configuration of Plate Sterilization Machine
The unit mainly composed of the mass balance and conveying system, plate heat exchanger system, material pipeline system, hot water pipeline system, steam pipeline system, hot water heating system, material automatic backflow system, automatic temperature control and electrical control system.
