Stainless steel reaction is one of typical reaction equipment usually used in chemistry ,medicine ,food ,etc .It is the equipment evenly mixing two (several )kinds of liquid with definite cubage with solid or gas by mixer under definite pressure and temperature to promote chemical reaction .Usually hot reaction is accompanied and heat-exchange facility puts quantity if heat needed in or moves quantity of heat made out .
The equipment is mainly made of tank ,clamping cover, mixer .Mixing form is frame type to ensure material evenly mixed at a short time .Seal is adopted machine to assure pressure in the tank and to avoid pollution caused by leakage of material are equipment and the touching part of material are equally adopted stainless steel to manufacture ,such as 0Cr18Ni9 or 316L,etc and conformed to GMP standard.
