This series of centrifugal pumps as an ideal choice own a lot of advantages such as simple structure, easy removal, height-adjustable legs, shock-proof device, low noise, high efficiency, long time normal operation and convenient maintenance. Its smooth and soft handling to materials is in line with food sanitation requirements and ensures the original flavor of the products. is also known as centrifugal beverage pump, milk pump or stainless steel drinks pump, is applicable to transport milk and other similar colloid liquid food. The highest temperature of the materials is 70-80 °C, the pump is single suck fully closed centrifugal pump.
Classification of Sanitary Centrifugal Pump
1. according to structure, it can be divided into three-foot pump and four-foot pump
2. according to material, there are SUS304 and SUS316L
3. according to motor species, it can be divided into ordinary motor, ABB motor and explosion-proof motor.
Usages of Sanitary Centrifugal Pump
This pump is suitable for conveying all kinds of wine, soft drinks, milk, soy sauce, vinegar, vegetable oil, medicine, chemical, fertilizer, dye, textile, paper and other liquid materials. The transporting medium temperature can not over 80 °C.
Characteristics of Sanitary Centrifugal Pump
1, all parts of this pump use 1 cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel for production. The pump body and the motor unit whole one, with stainless steel cover. Have the advantages of simple structure, beautiful shape, light volume, corrosion resistance, easy operation, no need installed base and convenient for handy carry.
2, when installing, it can regulate the discharge direction for any angle according to different needs.
3, the pump uses rigid structure and excessive thick wall design. All the parts such as pump body, pump cover and impeller that contacts with the material are made by SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel. Mechanical shaft adopts high quality graphite, carbide silicon or hard alloy steel to produce. Greatly improving the wear resistance and prolong the using life.
4, it is easy to maintenance (open impeller type), between components are strong interchangeability. The pump needs a few accessories, there is a kind of size meet DIN 24960 LIK seal mechanical, can be used for all kind of pumps.
5, the whole pump can be cleaned without collapse. If necessary, installing a large hoop can easy to remove the pump without any instruments.
