This Centrifuge belongs to automatic-discharge perforated wall centrifuge. It feeds, separates and discharges automatically. It is suitable for processing the product whose suspension density range is 20-60% and solid particle size is ≥0.1mm. It is especially used in the production of fruit and vegetable juice, sugar, soya product, etc. The specification of the filter is 60 eyes * 0.18mm with the material of stainless steel (The specification of the filter can be changed according to different product).

 

This Centrifuge utilizes the high speed revolution drum producing centrifugal force to retain the solid particle in the drum of the suspension and to remove it out with the effects of forces. The liquid of the suspension will be thrown out through the filter medium and small drum hole at the same time, reaching the goal that separates the liquid and solid.
