Marine
The Mineral Oils treatment of disc stack centrifuges are mainly used to remove water and mechanical impurities from diesel oil, lubricating oil and other mineral oils in marine diesel engine unit and land-used diesel generator unit of power station so as to reduce wear of the diesel engine and other machine, and prolong engine life. The model is also used to separate two unsolvable liquids with different specific gravity or remove small amount of solid particle from liquid.

Disc Centrifuges and Decanters
Disc centrifuges with high rotation speeds are used for mechanical separation and clarification of mixtures comprising solids and liquids. Using the centrifugal force in separators, the fluid/solid with the greatest density collect in the outer periphery of the separator bowl. Different phases in mixtures are then discharged through separate outlets.
Decanters with slow rotation speeds are normally based on horizontal separation technology. Decanters ensure optimum separation efficiency in the case of suspensions with a very high proportion of solids. They are also used for the extraction of constituents from liquids and for concentrating, dewatering and classifying solids.
