SPECIFICATIONS
The vibratory screen separator / vibratory screen which is also called instigating sluice box and agitating sluice box, is composed by themine tank, sluice box, rubber plate, push frame, lifting device, transmission and motor etc. The pulsating sluice box is a new type of sluice box which is inovated by a Chinese engineer, which is used in gold concentration, to replace the traditional sluice box.

It is the perfect combination of sluice and jigging machine for having both the advantages of big capacity of sluice chute and jigging characteristics of jigging machine.
ADVANTAGES
Vibratory screen separator has an enhanced gold recovery, especially for the gold of fine particles. The recovery can be up to 85% to 90%.
To compare the normal sluice box and pulsating sluice box, normal sluice box is with good recovery rate for the big size gold as the volumn and gravity is bigger than the buoyancy of water, so the big particle will go down the sluice. But when the gold is very fine or in flake, it will be difficult to be down.
The pulsating sluice box solves the problems of raw ore hardening because the steel bar and holes on the grid from turbulence, which prolongs the time of gold separating from sand and stones. These create good conditions for fine and flake gold.
