Product Introduction
Pulse Type Jigging Machine
Pulse type jigging machine is a main gravity concentrator of minerals. The working principle is as follows: the raw ore of gold and diamond is fed to the grid layer continuously, and then the up-going water will be jetted into the raw ore with the periodical instigation of the rubber plate, so the raw ore will be loosened. Then water goes down(or stop rising). In this process, the heavy minerals (concentrates) go to the lower level, and the light minerals(tailing) go up and then discharged separately.
This type of jig could almost process all sizes of particles except tiny materials. The operation is easy and capacity is big, and terminal minerals concentration could be completed in one time of concentration process, so it is widely used in production and a main method to treat metal ore, coarse/middle size/fine size gold ore, titanium, zirconium and chromium.
The more difference between the wanted minerals and sand, the wider range of the feeding particles is. All the raw ore whose particles are under 25mm could be separated directly without classifying. The minimum feeding particle size could be 0.05mm. This jig machine could also be used together with pulsating sluice box and centrifugal concentrator for gold mining work.
Pulsating Sluice Box
Pulsating sluice box solves the problems of raw ore hardening because the steel bar and holes on the grid from turbulence, which prolongs the time of gold separating from
sand and stones. These creates good conditions for fine and flake gold.
It is the perfect combination of sluice and jigging machine for having both the advantages of big capacity of sluice chute and jigging characteristics of jigging machine.
Centrifugal Concentrator
- Easy but high efficient structure with mechanical or electromagnetical auto discharge of gold ore facility to prevent the gold concentrate from losing.
- Dismountable inner tank design,easy to clean and change.
- Stainless steel extends the lifetime of inner tank.
- The backwash water applies with tangent line water jet, which increase the recovery efficiency of gold and other valuable minerals.
- Bigger models of centrifugal concentrator (like Model YLCC1000) are applied with shock mitigation system to keep the stable operation, hence prolongs the lifetime of the equipment.
- Bigger models of centrifugal concentrator (like Model YLCC1000) are equipped with electricity control box and frequency transformer.
- All models are equipped with water filtering system.
Variational Trommel Screen
Variational trommel screen is mainly used to process raw ore with high percentage of clay, lumps of dirt and wrapped gold. The trommel breaks the raw ore into slurry to scrub and remove the wrapped of gold
