It is mainly available for pressing glass fiber reinforced plastic such as SMC,BMC,DMC,GMC,LET-D etc. Providing four-column and straight side style with high strength and functions of quick ram descent, controllable multistage pre-pressing, pressurizing and micro-mould-open. It's the ideal solutions for applications of aviation and spaceflight, shipbuilding, automobile, architecture, petrochemical, energy, electronics and culture & spots industries.

Nominal capacity: 1000-60000KN

 

Standard Configuration:

1.Four-column type for including and below 500 ton, framed body type for including and above 630 ton with X-type rail guide.

2.Omron PLC and touch screen.

3.Pressure transducer.

4.Displacement transducer.

5.Excellent home-made pumps and valves.

6. Excellent home-made seal rings.

7.Schneider electrical parts.

8.Light-curtain protector in front of the press body.

9.Hydraulic station at the right of the press body for including and below 500 ton, at the top of the press body for including and above 630 ton.

10.Digital display of speed and pressure.

11.Ejecting outside the die.
