Application & Feature

1. This series of hydraulic press apply to extrude the three-way pipe joint into shapes. The mold clamping force of the hydraulic press can adjust, also the side cylinder. The working pressure and speed of each cylinder can adjust. For the side cylinder, it can adjust by the speed control valve and reach to the same speed or it adopts electro-hydraulic proportion control and achieve the precise synchronization. the electric control is PLC program. It controls by the button and there is 3 operation ways including inching, manual and semi-automatic. It will be fulfilled according to the craft requirements: mold-closing to the adjusted pressure, the side cylinder advance to squeeze to the adjusted position. The side cylinder return the initial position and die sinking. The circle course has been finished.

3.Letter A means triple-lateral cylinder layout, the left and the right side cylinders are opposite and the other at the rear side at 90º angle to each other. C represents bilateral cylinder layout, the left cylinder at 90º angle to the rear or the left cylinder at 135º angle to the rear. D indicates triple-lateral cylinder layout, the left and the right side cylinders are opposite and the other at the rear side at 90º angle to each other or 45º angle to the right. E bilateral cylinder layout, the left and the right side cylinders stand oppositely.

Does welded beam easy deformation?

We treat it with tempering treatment to reduce internal stress.Besides, we also make casting beam.

What is the treating process of four column?

Four columns are made of 45# hot rolling round steel,then aligning,medium frequency hardening and chroming to ensure the precision,perpendicularity and glossiness.

The oil cylinder is important part,what if it broke?

We use forging cylinder which is forged by one 45# round steel,no welded.The broke rate is almost zero.

What about the electric system?

We use PLC electric control system with less line,easy maintenance and can programmable.

If part of the machine broke,does it easier to buy it in our country?

We can use customer appointed accessories if necessary.
