The HJ041 series is available for expanding T-pipe with adjustable clamping force and option of lateral cylinders as your desire. Working pressure and speed of each lateral cylinder can be respectively set. A speed control valve or electro-hydraulic proportional control technology makes the bilateral cylinders synchronous exactly. A PLC and focused button panel executes three operating modes of adjust (inch), manual and semi-automatic. A full work cycle includes close-die to set pressure, lateral cylinder advance to set location, lateral cylinder retreat to beginning location and lateral cylinder stop. With the features of stable operation and high efficiency, it's the ideal solution for T-pipe applications.
