Application & Feature

The HJ018 series, vertical four-column type, is specialized for press-in the motor-rotor axles and then fastening the screws. With the structure of downward or upward pressing, a movable table, if you intend to use the upward, the crown can be set in the allowable range.

Loading with stand alone hydraulic station and electrical cabinet, PLC and focused botton control, optional of three operating modes of inch, manual and semi-automatic, each cylinder stroke is limited by a travel limit device.

Working pressure, quick and slow strokes can be regulated in the specified range to meet the required process, providing two controls of preset pressure and preset stroke, if you choose the preset pressure, the press executes hold-pressure, delay and auto. Return after pressing.

With the features of reliability and high efficiency, it's the ideal solution for electric-motor manufacture applications.

FAQ ABOUT HYDRAULIC PRESSES

Does welded beam easy deformation?

We treat it with tempering treatment to reduce internal stress.Besides, we also make casting beam.

The oil cylinder is important part,what if it broke?

We use forging cylinder which is forged by one 45# round steel,no welded.The broke rate is almost zero.

What about the electric system?

We use PLC electric control system with less line,easy maintenance and can programmable.

If part of the machine broke,does it easier to buy it in our country?

We can use customer appointed accessories if necessary.
