1.Introduction of China Hopper Barges/Sand Barge/Split Hopper Barge
The transporter consists of hull, discharge pipe system, water jet system, pumping sand system, winch
system, self-propelled system and open-sand-cabin-door system, etc. Discharge system includes power, sand discharge pipe, sand pump, etc.
Water jet system includes water jet pump, power, water inlet pipe, outlet pipe and water gun, etc.
Pumping sand system includes sand pump, power, suction hose pipe, suction head, etc. Winch system
includes winch, power, gantry frame, pulley block, etc. Moving system includes propeller, power, etc.
Open-sand-cabin-door includes sand cabin, the turbine reducer and fixing device, etc.
Sand suction system includes water jet system and sand pumping system. Water jet system includes
water jet pump, power, water inlet pipe, outlet pipe and water gun, etc. Pumping sand system includes
sand pump, power, suction hose pipe, suction head, etc. At the end of sucker , there is steel net to
prevent stones and rubbish to enter into the pump and pipe.
Winch system includes winch, power, gantry frame, pulley, etc. The winch is drived by the motor of
water
jet pump. The winch has two operating handles. The operator can drive it to lift and drop the sucker to
adjust the dredging depth.
Self-propelled system includes propeller and power, the operator can drive the operating handle to
move forward or backward.
This sand suction transporter can suck and sieving sand 30-200 cubic meters per hour from 2 to 30
meters deep underwater. The hull overall is divided into three parts, both ends are floating body,
middle part is sand cabin. The diesel engine drives the propeller to move the transporter, with speed
5-10 km/hour.

1)Dredger is used for cleaning river silt,sand production and mining project.
2)Suitable for heavy duty operations in tropical climates and in sheltered waters.
Shipping:The dredgers are detachable, so it is dismantled into one or two containers. Usually our products are shipped from Qingdao Port to all over the world.
Because the transporter is very large, especially larger than 45cbm, it is difficult to load by containers. So we usually build the transporters in the working site according to the customers’ requirement. Or we can build it in our workshop, but shipped in bulk.
Packing:Nude packing and Bulk Cargo or load all the machines and material in the containers, make the pontoon in your working site and install the machines in the dredger.
