1.Introduction of pump sand transportation barge
Hengchuan pump sand transportation barge is designed and used for sand transport in river and channels. Usually it matches up with sand dredger. After sand and gravels are digged up, and if the stock area has a long distance from the dredging area, you have to use the transport barge to ship the sand and gravels. There are conveyor belts on the barge. The sands and gravels will be discharged onshore when the barge reaches the stock area and the unloading work will be very speedy and labor-saving.

Shipping:The dredgers are detachable, so it is dismantled into one or two containers. Usually our products are shipped from Qingdao Port to all over the world.
Because the transporter is very large, especially larger than 45cbm, it is difficult to load by containers. So we usually build the transporters in the working site according to the customers’ requirement. Or we can build it in our workshop, but shipped in bulk.
Packing:Nude packing and Bulk Cargo or load all the machines and material in the containers, make the pontoon in your working site and install the machines in the dredger.
