1. Application of Jigger Machine
Jig machine is kind gravity jig separator for gold and other mineral materalis concentration.
It can be widely used to select Tungsten, tin, gold, red iron, brown iron, manganese, titanium, antimony, lead, tantalum, niobium, placer gold, alluvial gold and other minerals.
2. Working Principle of Jigger Machine
Jig machine is one way of gravity concentration.
It belongs to deep trough concentration operation (gravity equipment), using water as processing media, it depends on the difference of specific gravity between the minerals select and gangue to separate mine,the stroke and time of stroke is adjustable depend on different specific gravity of minerals.
It is special for tin ore, manganese ore, coal, placer gold, alluvial gold concentration.
