- Imported German Deutz BF6M1015C turbocharged intercooling engine is great power to satisfy the special construction demand;
- The hydraulic main circuit adopts high-pressure variable closed system and stepless electric proportional control; its advantages is to control the machine conveniently. The auxiliary circuit uses the load sensitive control system, highly effective and energy saving; Moreover, the hydraulic cooling system guarantee system's stability for long time big-load operation;
- The hydraulic pump, the motor, the reducer, each kind of hydraulic valve, the hose and joints are all from world first- level brand, to enhance system reliability;
- It uses PLC central control, CAN-BUS and virtual instrument, realizing the real-time monitor and automatic fault diagnosis;
- The whole welding rigid mast; finite element analysis optimizes the structure design; special craft equipment and welding technology make sure manufacture precision; the mast owns sliding function to facilitate drill angle adjustment and transportation;
- The rotary drive and transmission device make ito one body, push and pull reducer uses the horizontal-type installment, the compact structure and low gravity center; revolving and pull/push movement of rotary drive have low/fast two speed; 11000mm torque and 5"drilling pipe assure the construction highly effective ans safe;
- Gripper has front and back clamps, which can move separately; The special-made clamp cylinder and collar can guarantee big torque to unscrew easily;
- The main console is movable and easy installation; the travelling console is the independent suspenders type;crane by remote contro.
