The high vacuum winding type vacuum filming is a special equipment which coats aluminum films under vacuum condition on the surface of Polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene and other film roll and dielectric materials. It can do metallization on the surface of Strip materials(PET, CPP, OPP, PVC, ) paper, rainbow laser anti-counterfeiting materials and plastic film(named electrical-controlled aluminum film), gold and silver wire transfer, surface decoration and labels, bottles and trademark paste, thermal insulation materials and capacitor film, etc.
The model is medium-sized equipment which uses floating evaporation and has the feature of high efficient and energy-saving, closed-loop automatic tension control constant pressure insulation automatic adjustment, excellent performance, cost-effective. Evaporation boats use constant voltage insulation automatic adjustment with Synchronous adjustable wire. Compared with the filming machine of the same coil diameter, coating range, energy consumption saves 30% (t / film, paper).Besides, the costs of production and manufacture can decrease by 42% compared to the same model.
The machine is equipped with fast and reliable combined-type high vacuum suction system, with the fine quality of suction speed and large displacement, high vacuum. The vacuum system also adopts PLC man-machine interface and automatic control. The large winding diameter increased the weight of the substrate loaded. One-person operation can be realized so as to be operated easily .
Because evaporation boat adjusts automatically under constant pressure insulation ,winding wire can be adjusted at the same time ,and it uses advanced automatic tension to control system and electric adjustable stretch system to solve the serious problems troubling filming industry , such as the folds and dark lines in the process of producing plastic films in evaporation, PET, OPP, CPP, PVC etc.
