Aluminum plating machine
SBDF2000 Model suspending high vacuum rolling filming machine is designed for filming the Aluminum on the surface of the rolled plastic materials. This machine could metalize the medium on single side, used for the high-level package materials, decoration films and other application. SBDF2000G Model could choose the high frequency induction evaporation mode, the metalized materials like: Al, Ag, Cu, Silica (SiO2), and zinc sulfide.The features of this model: good quality, no sputtering point, the film is uniformity, high production, and the speed will be twice than the thermal evaporation. This machine is mainly used in the metallic yarn , high level packaging film, Laser anti-counterfeiting, Bronzing transfer and other specific metalized film, which could satisfy the requirement of the metalizing industry films.
This equipment adopts the four motors constant tension control and automatic winding and rewinding system.
This model with high speed and stable tension is one of the largest filming width models in China.

high speed high vacuum metallizer with the advantages of high efficiency, stable, reliable and high cost-effective, is suitable for direct metallizing of tobacco package paper, hologram, hot stamping materials, high grade print-package metallizing, fully compatible media film. Double door vacuum system use high quality international standard pump and valve and with optional ultra-low temperature water catcher,it can be used in all kind of climate and environment with the stable, reliable and high performance as well as energy saving.
With computer network technology control, remote monitoring on the Internet control, two monitor graphics display system, the overall control operation, the coating machine can work with high speed high stability .
The usage of German angle adjustable expanding roller, air inflation technology and resistance-free guiding roller technique guarantee the roll of film without scratches; the cooling roller designed to be the second tension roll, so that films can be better cooled; thickness of the close-loop control circuit; coating drum of -20 °C cooling and heating systems to prevent films heat injury; Max winding speed reach to 900 m / min, thereby greatly increasing the production efficiency . Top-folder evaporation boat installation makes it compatible of media coating; optional multi-channel non-contact thickness measurement system can be installed to measure the resistance of the film ,optical density so that the quality of the products can be rapidly and accurate analysized. Vacuum system can be configured according to user's needs corresponding imports of equipment (such as the POLYCOLD cold trap LEYBOLD proliferation of wells pump lights). Full-floating style and drum metallizer can also be offered according to user's requirements. The metallizer is widely used in tobacco package paper, hologram, hot stamping materials, high grade print-package metallizing.
