Introduction of cassava slicer:
Cassava is a sub-shrubs, perennials. Tuberous roots were cylindrical, of different varieties, tuber number and thickness differences. It is staple foor for African countries and it is very important for them. The cassava root contains a high amount of starch containing proteins, fats and ash is rarely accounted for 25% to 32%, the starch content of fresh cassava tuber.
cassava slicer is to process raw cassava roots/tubers into food-grade chips.
cassava slicer using the wet process of starch production, do not add any additives, the entire process is mature technology, advanced equipment, scientific, rational process. Chips production process is the material lifting - cleaning and peeling - slicing → drying - packing. Four main Section design. Especially for drying section.
Complete cassava slicer includes:
1. Washing and peeling section
2. Slicing
3. Drying section
4. Packing section
About loading and packing of cassava slicer:
As all machine are made of stainless steel for the cassava slicer and with very neat surfact to meet the increasing requirement from customers all around the world, we would be very carefully in aspect of packing and loading into containers.
1. First nude for most parts.
2. Some needed to be pack into small box case first then load into containers.
3. If customers request all wood case packing, we do that if customers pay the extra cost.
