Description
This machine is a new type one developed by our company on the foundation of absorbing foreign advanced technology. The design is more reasonable, has good property and effect.
Take the example of distiller’s grain, compare with drier, electricity consumption: 1:12, area: 1:10, Investment: 1:4.
Principle
The material is paved evenly on belt distributing device, it could removing most of moisture and discharging from rear after pressing, displacing and cutting by several ‘S’ shape press rollers
Feature
1. From feeding to discharging with high degree continuous automation.
2. Being adapted pneumatic tensioning system and cylinder automatically rectify a deviation.
3. Using different structure of filtering belt according to different material.
4. Washing device as option by requirement, could guarantee dehydration effect of filtering belt.
5. Condensating-preprocessing-device as option by requirement, could improve productive efficiency.
6. The machine is large in output, stable in operation, low noise, saving energy with good dehydration effect.
