Specifications
FL Fluid Bed Granulator is mainly used to make fine powder into instant granules in food and pharmaceutical industry.
Applications:
FL Fluid Bed Granulator has wide application in food and pharmaceutical industry for making fine powder into small instant and incompact granules. such as making instant coffee and medicine; increase the flowability of fine powder and reduce the pollution and dusting in packing.
Principle
The fine powder will be put in a movable trolley and fluidized with the hot air flow from the bottom.Meanwhile the adhesive agent, such as water, starch solution and other solutions required by process technique, will be atomized onto the fluidized powder. The fine powder then stick to the liquid droplets and form incompact granules which will be dried in the hot air.
Features:
Because of powder granulating, the flow property is improved and the dust is reduced.
Because of powder granulating, its solving property is improved.
The mixing, granulating and drying could be completed in one machine.
Being adapted anti static filter bag, the operation is safe.
There is explosion releasing hole to keep the people’s security when explosion.
The equipment has no dead corner, easy for feeding, discharging and clean. It could meet the requirement of GMP.
