FY series vacuum feeder is widely used for transporting powder, mixed powder and granule in plastic, rubber, dyestuff,pharmaceutPrinciple
The principle of FY series vacuum feeder for powder and granule is as follow: Using vortex pump to suck air, it makes the inlet of nozzle and whole system exist in the state of vacuum. Powder and air are sucked into the nozzle together and form “material steam” that pass through the sucking pipe. Finally, air and material reach at hopper where air and raw material are separated, the separated material will drop into the received equipment.
When discharged, the pulse compressed air will blow the filter to clean the powder on the filter. This machine is widely used for transporting powder, mixed powder and granule in plastic industry, rubber industry, dyestuff industry, and pharmaceutical industry.
