Specifications
This vacuum filter dryer combines washing, filtering and drying at one chamber with GMP standard and low energy consumption.
Operation principle: This vacuum filter dryer is especially designed for process those material which needs washing, filtering and drying. This dryer combines washing, filtering and drying at one sealed chamber. The drying chamber is consisted by a cone-shape chamber with heating jacket, feeding port with washing balls and filtering plate. The wet material will be fed into the chamber through the feeding port and pump the water into it for washing. The filtered water will be discharged via a valve fixed at the filtering plate. After washing and filtering, close all the valves and fill hot water into the jacket for drying process. The whole chamber can rotate to reach a perfect drying result.
Main applications: HZLG series vacuum filter dryer is mainly used to process those materials which need washing, filtering and drying in pharmaceutical and chemical industry.
2. Feature:
Multi-functional: This vacuum filter dryer combines washing, filtering and drying at one chamber which can save the investments in washing and filtering tanks.
Sanitary working condition: Because washing, filtering and drying are completed inside one chamber, GMP standard can be easily reached.
Enhanced drying capacity: Under vacuum condition, the boiling point of water will be considerably reduced and the rotation can completed stir up the material to obtain uniform and enhanced drying efficiency.
