Specifications

Meat tray dryer is our mature technology for drying meat and fish which meet GMP and food grade sanitary standards.

Principle:   

 

This tray dryer was upgraded and regenerated for several times and has reached advanced level both at home and all over the world. After being filtered by the primary filter fixed at the air inlet, the clean air will be blown into the drying chamber and flow towards the electrical heater. Then the heated air will be evenly distributed to each layer of trays. The hot air penetrates through the raw material via the holes punched at the tray bottom to evaporate the moisture from the raw material. Some of the moisture will be exhausted through the exhaust vent and new fresh air will be brought in to supplement the circulation air.

 

 

 

Technical explanation :

 

       1. There are four kinds of heating resource for choice: steam, electricity, heat conducting oil, both steam and electricity.

       2. The temperature (steam heating): 50-140°C, Max 150 °C

       3. The temperature (when using electricity and far-infrared): 50-300°C

       4. The automatic control system or the computer control system is selectable.

       5. Commonly used steam pressure 0.2-0.8 MPa (2-8kg/cm2).

       6. Standard electric heating is 15kw for type CT-1,CT-C-1, easy flammable and explosive material is forbidden.

       7. The special requirements should be indicated at the time of order.

       8. The price for the non-standard oven should be consulted.

       9. If the operation temperature is more than 140°C or less than 60°C, it should be indicated at the time of order.

     10. The oven and baking tray made by our factory are uniform in the dimensions, and can be exchanged with each other.

     11. Baking tray dimensions: 460*640*45mm

     12. Explosive-proof motor and control cabinet as option.

 

Advantages and features:

 

1. Energy saving: Most of the air is circulating inside the drying chamber which can considerably save the energy.

2. Sanitary working condition: The inside surface is lined with stainless steel and full welded. The sealed working condition can make sure sanitary working condition.

3. Uniform drying temperature: air distributor is fixed at each side of the drying chamber to make sure uniform air flow. So the temperature difference between the top and bottom is less than 2 °C. So the raw material can evenly dried.

4. Easy temperature control: The drying temperature can be easily controlled by PLC control system.

5. Low noise working condition: Heat resisting and low noise circulation fan is combined.
