Vertical Dryer is used for drying coal briquettes, it has the features of convenient operation and easy maintenance. The machine has no mechanical running part, so it needs less daily maintenance.

Vertical dryer application:

1. Coal powder is pressed into shapes by briquette press machine; the moisture is usually at 12%-14%. After dried, the moisture can reduce to 2-4%, also can satisfy the request of hardness, storage and transportation. On that basis, then through adaptability reform, the moisture can reduce to less than 1.5%; Also can dry briquetting,coal rods etc. Particulate matter.

2. Vertical dryer is mainly used for some spherality or granular materials which contain much moisture, for making them reach the desired strength after drying. Compared with the rotary dryer, the best feature is that vertical dryer can reduce the crash between finished products and barrel & lifting plate during the drying process, guarantee the final products failure reduce to the lowest level.

Vertical dryer Working Principle:

When temperature is showed from 400°C to 500°C by temperature controller on the bottom, materials, whose granularity is not more than 25mm, will be raised to preheating zone by lifter under the instruction of intelligent material level controller; When temperature is showed from 150°C to 250°C by temperature controller on the top, materials will be sent into cross vibration chute by electric shutoff device to take the second preheating. During the vibration-preheating course, materials are dried and loose and evenly distributed into several overlapped distribution cones to take the third drying process till the materials are completely dried and finally discharged.
