Roller granulator working principle:

motor drive belt and belt pulley, through reductor transfer to main shaft, the gearings and passtive shaft synchronous wokring together. Raw material feeding from feeding port, through roller extrusion and forming, through a pair of chain, transfer to crushing and screening chamber, separate final products from the material, unqualified material return back mixing with new material, granulating again. Along withroller granulating machine motor continous rotation and material continous feeding to realize products batch production.
