Coke powder briquetting press machine application:
Coal briquetting machine is used for making coal fines/dust into briquettes. Also fit for briquetting coke fines, carbon dust, charcoal powder, carbon black, iron ore fines, mineral powder, metal dust, cast iron dust, mill scale, manganese ore fines, fluorite powder, gypsum powder, ferrosilicon powder, and phospho gypsum powder, nickel alloy, blast furnace ash, converter dust, coal gangue, Kaolin clay, MgO, NPK, graphite, oil shale, potash fertilizer, urea fertilizer, sea sand powder etc. These briquettes can be designed of oval shape, egg shape, pillow shape, almond shape, elliptical shape etc. This machine is widely used in coal industry, metallurgy industry, chemical industry etc.
Coke powder briquetting press working principle:
The main equipment gets power from the electromagnetic adjustable speed motor, and drives the driving shaft rotating by a reducer. The driving shaft and driven shaft keep synchronization operation. After the pressed material enter the feeding mouth, it is pressed into ball under great pressure. At the back of ball press machine, the hydraulic devices are installed, and it can protect the ball press machine from damaging when super hard material enters it.
