Concrete dosing machine working process:

Firstly, material 1 belt conveyor start to work, delivery material 1 to weighing hopper, when the weight of inside material of weighing hopper reaches the set value, the material 1 belt conveyor will automatically stop;

Then the material 2 belt conveyor start automatically , when the material weight of hopper reaches the quantity of set value of material 1 and material 2, material 2 belt conveyor will stop, material 3 belt conveyor just start to work, after these four materials are ready, the machine will be in a waiting state. At this moment press discharging button, discharging belt conveyor just start to work, discharge the configured concrete dry into mixer hopper.

When discharging finishes, discharging belt conveyor will stop automatically, and starts the second loop ingredients automatically, when the second loop ingredients finishes, waiting for discharge again, it will be circulating.
