The alluvial gold technology mainly include the prepare work and separating work .the prepare work mainly compose screening and crushing part. The alluvial gold ore mining plant mainly adopt gravity separation,because the alluvial gold has big specific gravity,average is from 17.5-18.0,the particle size is coarse,generally from 0.074-2mm,another aspect is because the gravity beneficiation is economic and simple,the gravity equipment is shaking table,jigger ,spiral chute,etc.

The flowchart is several gravity equipment combination work, coarse selection stage get the concentrate contain gold,the gold grade is 100 gram /ton,the heavy mineral is 1-2kg/t, there are three method for the coarse gold concentrate:

1.Artificial gold separating to get the gold and remove the heavy minerals.

2.Adopt the amalgamation barrel for inner amalgamation, throw away the heavy minerals after get the calomelene.

3.After the artificial gold separating or amalgamation method,the heavy minerals sent to the concentration plant,adopt the magnetic or electric selection to get the heavy minerals.

Alluvial gold selection recovery rate is :70-74% with two stage of spiral chute,spiral chute coarse selection,adopt the jigger scavenging,shaking tableconcentration flowchat is 85-90%.
