Application of Coal powder ball press machine:

Coal powder ball press machine working principle:
1, this series of ball press machine will pass the powder into the two pressure roller through the reducer.
2, the two sides and roll rotation, in both the rotating roll, natural materials to enter the ball roll mode, with the roll rotation, material pressure on a small become larger.
3, when the material to the two rollers rotating line contact point, the pressure of materials has reached the peak, tremendous pressure in the role of line, the materials becomes a finished product from the powder ball.
Structure of coal briquette /coal powder ball press machine
The type coal powder ball press equipment mainly consists of three parts: the feeding part, the transmission part, the molding parts.
1. Feeding part: it is mainly to make sure materials enter into the rollers uniformly by realizing rationing feeding materials to the main machine.
2. The transmission part: the main driven system is electric motor--triangle strip--speed reducer--open gear--roller.
3. The molding parts: it mainly refer to the host part, and the core part is roller.
