Raw Materials:
It is applicable for pressing different materials, but the process of each material is different. The main materials are rice bran, peanut kernel, sunflower seed, soybean, sesame, cottonseed kernel, and rapeseed and so on.
Introduction:
We are a professional supplier and exporter of oil extracting/pressing line and oil refining line. The whole processing line is composed of pretreatment and oil press, and oil refinery sections.
Pretreatment and oil press section
Pretreatment and oil press section is composed of cleaner, iron-remover, crushing machine, softening kettle, flaking machine, cooker, oil press, oil filter etc., so that the quality of oil and cake can be improved. The expeller can be selected to improve oil yield and reduce loss. The complete equipment designed with compact and reasonable structure as well as of high automation degree, can meet various technological requirements. Production scale: 10-2000t/d as required by the customer.
Oil refining section
Oil refining section is composed of oil refining vessel, bleaching drying vessel, deordorizing vessel, soapstock vessel, crystallingzing tank, filter, thermal oil boiler, vacuum system and freezing machine. Grade 1-4 oil can be produced from crude oil through degumming, deacidification, bleaching, dewaxing and deordorization. The technology and equipment can be selected as required by production scale of the customer and oil grades.
