| How to make pellet ? |
|
| Pellet is made from different kind of biomass materials ,like wood ,rice straw ,coconut shell .palm shell ,cotton stalk etc .First section is crushing all the materials into sawdust ,and control the sawdust moisture between 10-15% with the dryer ,after drying section ,comes to pelleting sectiion ,and last section is packing section ,here I take pine wood as material for example ,follw me ,enjoy the way to design your own pellet production line ~~ |
| 1. Crushing section : |
| This section is the material preparation section ,make different materials to required standard sawdust .If material is pine wood ,using wood chipper machine to process the wood to standard wood chips ,length about 50mm ,thickness about 20mm and then crushing the wood chips into sawdust with hammer mill ,this process include Log splitter ,Wood chipper ,Hammer mill .If material is rice straw ,wheat straw ,palm shell ,peanut shell etc ,you can put the material directly to the hammer mill to make sawdust . |

| 2. Drying section : |
| If sawdust moisture too high (more than 15%) ,you need a Dryer machine to control the sawdust moisture at 10-15% ,this is more easily to make the pellet shaped . |

| 3. Pelleting section : |
| After the material preparation section ,now is pellet section ,conveying the sawdust (moisture between 10-15%)into the Pellet mill ,to make the sawdust into pellet .Pellet mill is the main machine for this process and the total production line .The production capacity is controlled by the pellet mill .different model has different capacity ,different quantity machines control different line capacity . |
| 4.Cooling and packing section : |
| After the pelleting section ,the pellet is very hot (about30°-40°) ,you need a Cooler to make the temperature of pellet low(5°-8°). After the pellet temperature down ,pack the pellet into bags with Packing Machine ,usually 15kg/bag ,make it easier to storage and sell . |

| The production line capacity is controlled by the pellet mill model and quantity .For our example ,our pellet mill LD560 production capacity is 1.5ton/hour ,if you want 3 tons production line ,we can equip 2 sets LD560 . |
| 2.Do I need to add glue inside the sawdust while making pellet ? |
| No ,no need to add any chemical element inside the sawdust while making pellet ,only need to control the moisture of the sawdust between 10-15% . |
| 3. What's your guarantee for the machine and spare parts ? |
