Main Features of Multifunctional Hammer Mill
1.Multifunctional hammer mill is the most ideal grinding equipment of all kind of wood chips, wood shavings, grass, straw, stalk, corn, weeds, soybeans, PVC foaming board, rubber and so on.Their structure is reasonable, firm durable, safe reliable, easy operation, the vibration is small and the efficiency is high. It is widely used in the professions such as energy pellet factory, cultivation factory, organic fertilizer factory, Chinese medicine, chemical industrial etc.
2.After smashed by multifunctional hammer mill ,the powder size is from 2-15mm. We can make suitable screener at h hammer mill bottom according to materials moisture and characteristics.
3.Multifunctional hammer mill can be used by two methods--positive pressure and negative pressure matched with fan blower , cyclone, air lock, electricity control cabinet and so on. This grinding system can use bags to collect dust in the grinding process.
4.This model hammer mill with 5-6t/h capacity for making 6mm wood power, if make bigger size than 6mm, the capacity will more than this. Our hammer mill capacity will depend on raw materials' moisture content and the size of the finished product you demand.
SKF Bearing
Tapered Roller Bearing are desined such that their conical rollers and raceways are arranged so that all elements of the rollerand race way cones meet at a common apex on the bearing axis.
The rolling elements perform the real rotating movement on the raceway;the synthesized force from the inner and outer ring raceways guides the rollers,pressing them to the large rib on the inner ring.
Screen
A screen with cutting edges is used to control the wood particle size. If the size is larger than screen, these material will be sent back to be grinded again until they can get though the screen. The size of the grinded material depend on the size of screen and the rotation speed.
Hammers
hammers are made by high quality wear resistant alloy steel in special heat treatment, extend service life, reduce client cost.
Hammers can crush 1-50mm wood chips and wood branches,it's widely used to crushing all kinds of biomass materials.
Requirements for raw materials of Multifunctional Hammer Mill
Raw material: wood, waste wood and straws, etc. such as woodchips(palm, pine white pine, mahogany, pinus sylvestris, rubber tree), bamboo shavings, rice hust, seeds shells, peanut shells, halm, pennisetum, wheat straw, corn stalk, cotton stalks, alfalfa grass, bagrass, palm fiber, waste paper, non-physical material
Size: 1-50mm.All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to wood pellet machine.
Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet.
