Factory price small poultry equipment with single screw extruder
Application
This small poultry equipment is used to produce variety materials into high-grade aquatic feed for fish, catfish, tilapia, shrimp, crab, cat, dog, fox, frog, pet bird, and other small animals,etc. Floating time of the feed pellets for fish can be adjusted by the puffing degree adjustment.
Working principle
After the material is sent into feeding device, they will be extruded and expanded by the screw shaft with high pressure and temperature which makes the raw material fully cooked and sterilized. Then the expanded material will be formed into pellets by shaping mould. You can change different moulds to make pellets with different diameters. After that a cutting device will cut the formed pellets into different length as required.
Raw material
The raw material can be corn meal, wheat bran, rice bran, maize powder, soybean meal, cottonseed meal, fish meal, bone meal, meat meal, etc.
- This small poultry equipment can produce both floating and sinking feed pellets for fish. The floating feed pellets can float on the water surface at least for 12 hours, better to be digested, without feed waste and water pollution.
- The floating time can be controlled by the puffing degree adjustment
- Fish feed pellets diameter is 1-20mm, can be customized.
- The final feed pellets have unique shape and good taste, high nutrition and smooth textures.

- The wet type machine needs a boiler to make steam which can conduct steam to the conditioner and ripen the raw material in advance.
